*sighs*
Am somewhat bored. And tired. And frustrated. Watched Legally Blonde 2 which was by far one of the most stupid movies I've seen in a long time. My cousin has a bizarre taste in films...of course, when i was in TO we did see CATS and DOGS or some piece of crap like that. Though that was at the behest of Stephan and David...not that it makes any difference at all.

Bought uber cute new bathing suit. Anybody with a pool out there wanna host a party? lol.

Idea! Gonna download Legally Blonde 2 soundtrack! Ta!

the last goodbye...
Let me regail you with some short details and explanations.
I got to grande prarie to discover that no one was there to meet me at the airport. When they did come it was to take me to the hospital to say goodbye to my grandmother. That was tough, but i did. The next day she promptly made a tonne of improvement and they thought she'd be out by today. Stuff happened as it was supposed to, and my father managed to make it to Edmonton unscathed...had a few drinks with my uncle and aunt, watched Death to Smoochy and went to bed.
Woke up, and the family was being called back to Grande Prarie. My grandmother is dying, as we speak. I went home to avoid being caught underfoot and being a nuisance, not to mention to avoid having to watch my once strong, wise grandmother waste away in a tiny hospital room she shares with some other lady. They can't even give her the dignity of dying in a bed in her own room, no, her family all has to crowd into a horrid little corner...
This is very hard for me to believe, right now. I love my grandma so much -!

So forgive me if i'm terse or somewhat angry or even tired with anybody, but someone who has always been there is soon going to not be there. And there is nothing i can do about it. Please pray for her and her family.

Somethin' Stupid...
Meh. Today in about....an hour i have to leave for the airport so i can go to Grande Prarie. I've always liked GP. It's a place like no other, and it occured to me that i could talk to my cousin Casey about everything and anything. She's awesome for that. People *might* be hearing from me during my two hour layover in Edmonton. Bloody hell that's going to suck. Oh, if you guys want copies of grad pictures, email me at serendipity_s@hotmail.com and i'll send them to you. Just don't forget to include what kind of pictures you want (as in only with you, with everyone, etc...) I've decided to take along my copy of The Once and Future King. That's a good book, and it's long. Turns out i had 100+ bobby pins in my hair (yay for more bobby pins!) at grad, and i had to wash my hair like, five times to get all the crap out of it. Some people were made for that kind of stuff. I like it every once in awhile, and that's it, thank you very much. I saw Jess L get thrown off the mechanical bull(along with many, many others...) learned things about the not-so-dry-grad and didn't say a number of things to a number of people i should have. oh well. any regrets? Not really - not in the "regret" sense of the word...
My voice is slowly coming back.
anyways, i suppose that's all i have to say....and i will talk to y'all later...Maybe before i get home, maybe not. For those of you going away - have a wicked trip and i'll miss you. Have a wonderful summer and keep in touch!
