I bought (among stuff) the Moulin Rouge soundtrack 2! Yay! I sooo didn't know there even WAS one! Anyhow...nothing much has happened. I went shopping, been talking to people who phone me....enjoying the last of my summer...*snff*

Kit, you and i have to talk to Mrs. Koot. you and i are not registered for infotech 12 this year *bangs head against the wall* Soooo i have no idea what the f*cking problem is (or could be) but its there. Unless Lia was *hopefully* mistaken. THat'd be sooo nice. Anyhow....

Jones Lake
Beautiful. THere were no washrooms or anything (only an outhouse) but it was SO pretty. It was a lake in this valley surrounded by mountains. And at night, well, i've never seen that many stars before. One of the downsides of being a city girl ^_^

Heyo
Well....I went camping overnight to Jones Lake which is a beautiful spot in the mountains. It was sunny and warm the day we were there and i had fun just paddling around in the lake for a day. The food was.....okay (eggs, hot dogs and spaghetti were are whole meals) and there wasn't a lot of ammenities (aka bathrooms. Though there was a rather nice outhouse...) but the view was amazing and the lake was...fairly warm (as far as lakes go). The campground was pretty empty and the night was cold. But what can i say. I love camping. I toasted myself pretty good (by toasted i mean completely burned) and am in considerable pain.

Today
I ran around doing this that and the other thing..... mostly i went into langley to pick up my(last) paycheck. that was more or less it. I'm REALLY hoping that I get a job for the school year....but it doesn't matter that much. I'd do the tutoring thing (people have asked) but i don't have the 'teaching gift'... or desire, for that matter.

THE rain IN Spain....

but not in tsawwassen :D its sunny today!! And yesterday and the day before that....yada yada yada.... :)

Today im in a better mood...not that i was in a BAD one before...........yeah. So last night kit, christa and i went to see Blue Crush. It made me seasick - but i sure wouldn't mind learning how to surf! Yeah. Then i spent the first night in my bed in awhile...and i slept in until ten.....abusing the rights of NO WORK! YEAAH!

So today i am doing a few errands, probably with Kit and Christa.......nothing overly exciting, only slightly amusing.
:)

This past weekend was fun - the cabin was beautiful and the people were friendly. The food was super amazing, too. We played frisbee (speaking of which - did you know that the guy who invented the frisbee died a couple weeks ago? Well, he's having his ashes put into some frisbees and giving them to the funeral guests. That is only slightly Macabre, no?) and saw SunPeaks villiage..... was lovely.
